The Headshop Shipping Policy

Universal
1. We cannot ship to a PO box.


2. For each 3 hazardous material items, there will be an additional $9.95 charge for HAZ MAT Shipping.


3. If you request Express, overnight, 2nd day or expedited freight services, those purchase orders must be delivered to The Headshop no later than 11 am EST.


4. If we are unable to identify age, your order may be cancelled and credited less a 10% credit card processing fee.

 

Ohio
1. The Headshop will provide you an estimated delivery date for the goods, but no such estimated times or dates provided by us can be guaranteed. The Headshop will make every effort to ship, or deliver by hand, all orders within two (2) business days of receipt of order (Cleveland Metro), and up to four (4) business days to territories outside of the metro area. All deliveries will be made either via The Headshop Courier or Fedex.


2. We shall arrange delivery in the form most efficient for The Headshop on free freight orders, or least expensive for the recipient when applicable.


3. The Headshop does NOT ship or provide delivery service to PO Boxes.


4. The buyer must check the goods immediately upon delivery and contact The Headshop if there are any problems with the goods. The buyer must notify The Headshop within 48 hours or 2 business days of delivery with any issues, complaints, defectives, wrong items, or damages.


5. In the case that the goods have been damaged in transit, we encourage the recipient to refuse delivery, if the damage is identified after delivery has been made, the buyer must keep all packaging, as this may be required when making a claim. 
 

6. The Headshop will not be liable for any loss, damages or penalty resulting from delay in delivery of the goods when such delay is due to causes beyond the reasonable control of The Headshop, including without limitation, supplier delay, force majeure, act of God, labor unrest, or fire. In any such event, the delivery date will be deemed extended for a period equal to the delay. 

Continental United States (outside Ohio)

The Headshop will make every effort to ship all orders within two (2) business days of receipt of order. All deliveries will be made via Fedex or common LTL courier of our choice.


2. For those customers, outside of the United States, there may be tariffs, customs, duties that we are unaware of at the time of shipment. We will do all we can to provide the appropriate paperwork necessary, but ultimately, it is the responsibility of the recipient to assure customs, tariffs, appropriate taxes, etc. are covered on their own behalf.
